Our fast-paced real estate brokerage is growing and is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated front desk secretary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting office visitors
- Answering phones in a courteous and timely manner
- Data Entry / General office duties
- Other duties as required

Qualification:
- College / University students or graduates
- Solid customer service skills
- Diplomacy and tact in communicating with all levels of employees, clients and visitors
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Solid computer skills, exposure to Microsoft Office, internet explorer, digital pictures
- Previous reception, administration, or real estate experience is a bonus
- Multilingualism is a definite asset
- Available to work evening or weekend shifts
