View Full Version : Mississauga Mazda.... Tiffany Gone? (update)

Looks like Tiffany and Ali no longer work for Mississauga Mazda... i called today to ask for her but receptioniest says they are both no longer working for them... i can't imagine why... unless they were transferred but that is slightly dissapointing.
My biggest gripe is that i enjoyed Tiffany's friendliness but i was calling because i've been waiting for my alarm rebate for the last 4 months. The last email i got from tiffany was june 20th telling me the cheque was going to get sent but I still have not received my rebate.
I'm hoping whoever is in charge now can get me my rebate for the alarm system... as it seems no one there is being helpful on the administrative side of things....

Wonder where tiffany went to? too bad, the service crew did a good job there and i thought business was good enough that the dealership would stay

just spoke with brian cramer the new service manager
he said shift to honda won't be for another few months
so if u guys need to do any final maintenance i suggest you guys do it soon =)
I just got back from Mississauga Mazda, I delt with Brian, he seems to be a really goofy guy, Also to mention, there are these 2 EXTREMELY HOT chicks working there now, OMMGGG! Besides that, There ARE alot of new technicians that I'm skeptical about. Hopefully all is well.
PS. I noticed a Red Hatch in there with 18's, I forgot the name of it, but it's those limited edition ones that you get from allen. Anyones car here?

It is sad to see Tiffany gone, but i'll vouch for at least one of the attractive women there. I think she's a receptionist.
Blah. Time to find another good dealership in Sauga.

everyone hates erin mills mazda for its service... wish they had closed that one instead but its not the sister dealership under the same ownership that would be making that call
I dislike Ontario Mazda. So I'm not too sure which one I'll be going to in Sauga.

Oakville Mazda!
They are rated #1 in their territory for customer service.
Rated #1 by who?
By a guy that works at Oakville Mazda.
Hey Dave.

J.D. Power rated us #1 in our territory for Customer Service in purchasing a new Mazda.
Mazda Canada conducts it's survey across Canada, and we were rated #6 in all of Canada, #2 in Ontario (Dave Wood is #1), and #1 in our Territory. That is based on over 2,000 surveys of customers who purchased new cars.
We were ranked #8 in Canada for customers being happy with the price of their purchase.
Thanks for asking us to clarify that :)

Have you been to Erin Mills since Frank became service manager, he's been on top of everything with all my visits. I'd still stay away from Ontario Mazda.
Frank was always a good guy to me too. I'd give him the 9/10. However I am still waiting for him to mail me the invoice for my warranty engine from about 16 months ago. I've been told 2 times that it is coming in the mail.
Ha.
On another note. Oakville Honda bought Mississauga Mazda.

UPDATE:
Mississauga Mazda is not going out of business.
They are moving.
The current location is going to become Honda, but in the new year Mississauga Mazda will be move to a new location nearby. I don't know the area myself, but I am told it is just across/down the street.
Even better news for me.... Now I have 3 inventories to dip into.

Quick question:
How come you are allowed to get cars from other dealerships? I though each dealer was on their own, like a franchise or something.

Dealers do it to get cars from each other I think.
Also.
Tiffany is in fact at Oakville if its the same Tiffany everyone's talking about, the extremely friendly, smile on face, straight talk no nonsense customer service. Dealt with her when I got my fog light fixed.

Jason didn't chime in on this on his last post, but yes, Tiffany is at Oakville Mazda now. He told us at the last Oakville Meet and is quite pleased about this. I haven't met her, but I am leaning towards going to Oakville Mazda now since they seem to have an excellent reputation.

I switched, here's my review - http://www.torontomazda3.ca/forum/showthread.php?t=26891
Honestly glad Mississauga mazda will eventually be back but in terms of the techs, experience, staff Oakville mazda is in a different league so for me i'd rather drive 30min then 5min for my Mazda5 and MS3 while i still have it since i believe in the people there like Jason, and Tiffany etc.

No story, I take my car to a place that knows the car and what I have on it and doesn't say stuff like your FMIC is causing your shock problem etc. and therefore you get no warranty as an example

there are dealers in the area that have sold members the mazdaspeed springs for the mazdaspeed3 and then denied warranty work for a blown shock even though tons of stock cars have this problem. Similar stories from those same one or two dealers with CAI and CEL problems etc.
Nobody's perfect but some dealers just seem to be more prone to trouble/problems than others. finding a dealer with a good owner, good service manage, with good experienced techs will make your life a lot better imo.

I tried your tip UU to go with oakville mazda even though I'm right in the middle of Mississauga and Erin Auto Mall Mazda's, but they put me on hold for so long, then sent me to voicemail. I was unimpressed, but next time for sure.
Mississauga Mazda = LOL.. I actually feel bad for that dealership.

who put you on VM? Mississauga, Erin mills or oakville? I typically schedule my service appointments over e-mail with the staff so i can't say i've ever had a problem but they do such a good job on their service i can see a situation where their phones got overwhellmed based on everyone leaving their crappy dealer experiences (seem to be alot in this direct Mississauga area) to give Oakville a try :chuckle

Yes, it was Oakville Mazda that sent me through to VM. I was confused, thought they gave me parts or sales. Hung up, called back asked for service, and was put through to VM again. I worked at Lexus of Oakville this past year and I've never seen the service phones un-manned. But, I wasn't too thrown off with it.

I only had this once. I was trying to call into Oakville Mazda and they said they were busy and said they could put me to voice mail. I left a message but still didn't hear back so I called and got through. To me, wasn't a big deal. If they're busy, they're busy. So far, service was great with them...but I'll leave that to the review I'll likely do later.

Hey Everyone,
I thought I would hop on here & try & clarify. The group that owns Erin Mills Mazda, Ontario Mazda & Oakville Honda purchased Mississauga Mazda August of this year. There is no definite date as to when we will be changing into a Honda dealership- but yes there will be another Mazda dealership located 3 doors down from Mississauga Mazda's current location. If anyone has any questions or anything you can definitely contact me. Oh yes, if you have any coupons for services or discounts these will be honored at either Ontario Mazda or Erin Mills Mazda once the change over does happen.
