Ok so ever since i bought my 6 LED for my dome light, it would work then it wouldnt work, and sometimes again it would randomly start working again. And as of recently i just found out what the problem is, respect for KeVINE11 for coming up with this fix, but here is a more detailed version.
Here is my 6 LED with both metal ends still on:

You need to pull off each metal end with pliers. Careful they bend super easy, and i semi wrecked mine doing this, but thats okay because they still work and no one sees them anyways:

Now you will see a metal wire on each end, its in a groove the plastic creates (mine was actually buried beneath plastic and had to cut it out)

You need to take that metal wire out from the little groove its in and push it to the side so it has a better contact with the metal cones.

Put the two ends back on the LED and your good to go!
Here is my 12 LED setup (two six LED wired together)
