It's from the Simpsons. Homer's estranged brother, "Unkie" Herb Powell owns a car company, and they want an "everyman's" car, so he asks Homer to work with the designers, and gives Homer the full designing power. This is what Homer comes up with, which Herb saw for the first time upon the reveal of the concept...
