cell phones and driving

We had a discussion before about the bill that passed for banning cell phones and other devices while driving. Anybody knows when this will take effect? Not that I'll watch out for talking on the phone while drving, I'm totally against talking on the phone when driving.

Should be coming up real soon. Mazda Canada and Motorola are offering Bluetooth headsets at a discounted price beacaus of this.

just curious... since 3's have no bluetooth... there will be an available option? about how much are we looking at?

I actually saw a little neat device @ the ex this weekend that clips onto your phone while you change it to a specific FM radio station (kinda like the iPod FM Transmitters) and you can talk back and forth but on speakerphone mode. I thought it was pretty neat so incase you want to avoid going with the bluetooth technology its just another option :)
