Good price for what you get, not a huge fan of Acer though, I would spend a little more to get something more reliable.

I m not a huge fan of Acer but i got the Acer Aspire One Mini Netbook 3 weeks ago and seems pretty good for $439. Faster than my damn HP Laptop. I probably be looking into Acer products more in the near future, at least price wise is good for those who cant afford expensive ones. (like me).

I can fully vouch for acers durability/reliability. I was the first in my family originally getting a laptop 4 years ago for school. a year later my dad had purchased two more acers since, and now just of recent i didn't hesitate to get another acer, the aspire one. In all the years that we've had these laptops within my family not a single one has had weird stability issues nor has anything broken on any of them.

that is a sweet deal for sure. it makes my aspire one look over priced.

also nice part about them is that even though the batteries are different in all of them they still spec the same voltage and connector for their power supplies.

The link posted from a ways back. Called several stores and they said this was old and done like dinner. Most stores said they never saw this and if they had, they would have bought it themselves.
