Hi All,
Just wondering if there is a walk through or if someone can describe to me how to change my front left head light. The Mazda parts guy told me it would only take about 5mins so it seems like its something easy enough for me to do.
Thanks.

I'm assuming you are inquiring about the bulb and not the whole head light unit, if so here's your freebie, try using the search next time though, there is a lot of info out there that can answer a lot of questions you may have:

Yes i am talking about the bulbs thanks.
I actually searched extensively and couldn't find anything. I guess i didn't go back 4 years though since this guide is from 2004.
Thanks again.

for the low beam, unplug, remove rubber, unclip retaining clip, take out bulb and replace
for the high beam, unplug, rotate the bulb (counterclockwise i think), take out the bulb and replace
installation: do the above in reverse.
on the left side, you'll need to remove the plastic covers (if you still have it) before you'll be able to get to the bulbs.

Exactly what he said. It looks harder than it is. Just push on the spring as hard as you can to remove and to put the bring back on. Takes a good amount of pressure.

Its a little more work but I found it easier to take the front bumper off and then take the headlight so you don't have to bunch your hand in the engine bay.
I only had sometime to kill when I did it which is why I took the bumper cover off. You should be able to do it without doing so but it can be a pain.
Expect to get a few nice little cuts too!
