you don't have enough posts yet. this is a way of protecting the members from people who just join to sell items and potentially take-off. Not saying this is what you are trying to do, just that that is why they set a minimum post count so people get to know you and feel comfortable.

It is all explained in the rules sections of the buy and sell. Read the post and it will tell you why and all the associated rules of posying there.

Read the rules on the FS forum as there are a number of criteria you need to meet when you post an ad. FYI, you'll need 50 posts before you can post there.
