This is way off topic for a Mazda 3 forum. But here goes.

There is a girl I work with that is looking to buy a Honda CR-V or Toyota RAV4. I wanted to help her find a good dealer to get a quote from in the Toronto area. Anyone had any experience or know of anyone that would recomend a Honda or Toyota dealer to get in contact with?

Any help would be great. Thanks.

Send me your e-mail address and I can send you some good info for the CR-V. My wife and I just bought a loaded CR-V back in June and got a pretty good deal.

Are you guys all trying to get me divorced?!?!? :chuckle

Just trying to be helpful. She knows little about cars other than the fact that she wanted a CR-V, RAV4 or Ford Escape. At least I got her down to 2 out of that 3.

Yeah, buying our CR-V was actually a pleasant experience. They treated us with respect, gave us the price we wanted (below APA), and really went above and beyond. In contrast, the Acura dealer I deal with is absolutely terrible in nearly every way. I'm seriously considering servicing my TSX at the Honda dealer.

I purchased my wife's Rav4 from Erin Park Toyota 3 years ago, and my parent's purchased a Rav4 as well just a couple of months ago from the same dealership. I bring in the car for maintenance there as well. Nothing but excellent service.

(also was offered a job there as a Service Advisor last year :).. only turned it down as I was offered something better at the same time)

Formula Honda, ask for Nile. He's the manager there. He gave us a good price on our Odyssey. Tell him Steve sent you (Joanne's husband)

Our family has bought 3 Hondas from our Georgetown Honda man. He's straight up no nonsense honest guy. Even willing to throw in a free BBQ on a car that it wasn't a promotion for when I brought my last buddy there for a quote.

PM me if you want contact info for my guy.

Not 100% sure, but I remember going through this as well and don't think Honda Dealerships are allowed to service Acuras....at least that was their policy a few years ago, might have changed since then......

I've already asked Parkway and they told me that they service Acura's all the time. It has no negative effect on warranty and is in some cases even cheaper.
