Well, he just can't CREATE a new thread there. He can still reply to threads started for other people and browse the classifieds.

At the same time, he's looking for used or new. If he hasn't seen any for sale used based on the search or threads already existing, good chance that means no one is selling at this time. At the same time, SuperShyGuy normally has them for sale and, if the search was used, could no doubt find other references to places that sell them.

Still...up to the mods to decide if anything happens...
