Is caster adjustable on 2005 Sport GT? Mine is 4.55Deg!

caster? You likely mean camber. Rear camber is not adjustable without a camber kit. Are you lowered?

If you are genuinely refering to front wheel caster:
Caster angle for normally aspirated cars
Car unloaded, coolant, oil at normal level. Spare tire, jack and tools are in their proper place.
Empty: 2°54'
1/4 Tank: 2°56'
1/2 Tank: 2°58'
3/4 Tank: 3°00'
Full Tank: 3°02'
Tolerance +/- 1º
Difference between left and right must not exceed 1°30'

Not lowered. Yes, Caster on the front.
I check the only manual for 2004 but it says nothing about adjusting caster. Camber, I understand for the Mazda3.
My rear is 2Deg each side which is within spec, but I would probably like a camber kit for the rear. Front is good, within spec.

caster spec for mazda 3
Front 2.0 to 4.0.
see sticky:

source is Bull Lock City
so you are out of spec. If I remember right, they adjusted mine

FWIW, the numbers that I posted above are right out of the service manual.

Yes, Thanks. I have them, but I don't see how they can adjust, TireDepot said they are not adjustable.

I'll try and find my alignment sheet tonight.

That's good to know, means Bull lock city had a tighter tolerance =)

I'll dig out the shop manual when I get home. There are after-market adjustable plates that replace the top strut mount. They allow both camber and caster to be adjusted. But if your caster is that far out, I would suspect either the wrong parts have been installed on your car, or something is bent.

I have had 3 checks. Mazda inspection, TireDepot check and Me. Nothing obvious is bent. I guess I will look closer.

Well, the manual says that front camber and caster can be adjusted +/-10'. So you might get it down to 4°45' !
Well if nothing is bent, maybe your car has been repaired and it has the wrong parts installed... or the shop's equipment needs to be calibrated.
I assume you aren't dropped....

No drop. No paint. No known repairs. I see in the 2007 ShopManual that cast is adjusted by moving the top of the tower. Question is the 2005 the same or not. Now I feel the Tire Depot is jerking me.

Give Gilmen or Bull Lock City a shout. I did my alignments there. They do good work. I can't find my alignment sheet for you, sorry
