WTF. Holy crap, that was a bad job. I'd be so pissed i'd burn down his shop if that was my car. Luckily all of our sponsors have a reputable name and if anything was to be done, i'd take it to them.

But holy, did u see how he screwed the side skirts onto the chasis? ITS SO UGLY AND DENTED AND UNALIGNED.

Well at least you know those side skirts aren't coming off any time soon lol

Ya dry wall screws make the difference everytime when attaching side skirts.

whiteomega

The screws will just start rusting after the first wash, and a year later, they'll be done. (Not that he'll be keeping that kit on the car the way it is for a year)

Pretty obvious "mike" didn't know what he was doing, and didn't bother to read (or ask for) the installation instructions for that kit.

I'd have been suspicious though when the initial quote was $250. Hell, I'd have been suspicious if the initial quote was less than a thousand, and I'd have gone elsewhere.

Just close your eyes, and you won't notice it at all - hey, that's what the shop obviously did when they installed it! :)

WOW...that must be heart-breaking to see your car get destroyed like that.

I would find the shop owner's car and give it the same make-over! :flaming

I really like the Z cars. But sad to say I don't think I would even want that car any longer if it were mine. Honestly I don't think it would ever be the same.
