No Power to Deck

No power to aftermarket deck, keypad does not work to lock or unlock and the gauges spike when I insert key and push foward to second click. Any ideas??

Everything else works fine, heat, sat radio (separate unit) and lights.

Room fuse is blown. I think it's fuse #15. It's one of the one's in the fusebox under the
hood. If you need a spare you borrow the fuse from the fog lights, they are both same amperage (I think, do check!).
