Why don't you ask the people that painted the car? They would know best right? ....everyone else would be guessing.

More time the beter. But in cold weather ,time have not much sense.
Not best time for repainting. Full cureing ,usually ,in normal conditions is about 2 months.
Do keep car clean and use good sampoo
May be liquid wax without claybaring and machinery after 1 month.

Your car will be emitting solvents from the paint for approximately 2-3 weeks. Washing it is fine, but don't bother waxing it until then. The outside temp will vary the time it takes for the solvents. Also, was the paint "oven baked"? Not likely, so you should probably wait 3 weeks in this cooler weather before waxing.... Just make sure to wash it with clean wash mits or a good "no touch" automatic wash. The paint will still be softer while its emitting solvents (curing) and will be easier to damage.
(been working with cars for over 20 years, mechanical and body/paint) :)

+1!!!

You will actually smell the solvents if you go up close to your paint. You can wash all you want, but be VERY careful not to instill any swirls or scratches, as your paint will be a bit softer since it's still somewhat 'fresh.'

Follow this (http://makeitshine.ca/washing.html) tutorial, and watch this (http://www.torontomazda3.ca/forum/showthread.php?t=24906) video.

Yup this is the precise reason I am getting my doors fixed just before I put it in storage for the winter...
