Good places to get Halloween costumes?

Mississauga or Hamilton area or anything in between really.
All I can think of is Party Packagers. I would like to avoid the Wal Marts and Zellers as they dont carry cop costumes LOL

Value Village, they seem to have a great selection considering what they are! They carry alot of new costumes, not all used!

Go to square one and look for spencer... they have good amounts of costumes there.
