Does anyone know if this is any good? lol..... Like would it give any sound at all? Im looking to buy a muffler with under $150.00

If those are your choices, the Magnaflow would be a better fitment if you still want it to look stock.
I'm running a vibrant muffler that i got last year during their annual sale.

How much was your vibrant? if i get the Magnaflow ill put a good tip on it but i need to know if it will make a Deep sound
