Dear Members,

We the Administrative team at TorontoMazda3.ca are pleased to be able to extend further savings to our loyal members.

Mazda of Toronto has been an affiliate with us since the beginning. It is the efforts of FLIPDADY and TheBiz that has assisted many of our members, whether it be with parts or sales, in great service.

To ensure that the discount does not get abused, only those active members that support the club by displaying our logo through decals and or license place covers will be eligible for the discount.

The discount being offered is as follows:
10% Discount on Labour on additional work (oil change and special services excluded)
20% Discount on Parts and Accessories
25% Discount on bulk orders

If you qualify for the discount, please identify yourself to the service representative as a TorontoMazda3 club member and please provide your forum handle. Please ensure that you do this when your work order is opened.

Joe: How much can I buy an extra MS3 MS CAI filter for?
I really need to clean my filter, and it would be great to have an extra so I won't be grounded until the filter dries.

Funny...I was trying to call you during a coffee break / forgot your number and looked it up but found out the site was down at the time. I guessed the number was down also as I kept getting messages that the number has been disconnected...even on a VOIP phone.

4166427777.....I think I might have dialed 416*3*427777 by accident... thanks again for the valence...I hope thats what it is.. I didn't get a chance to open the box yet! Surprisingly the box fit in the back and not the trunk. Going to attempt to get it done tomorrow.

I am from Alberta and I'm supposed to move to Ontario, I bought a lifetime oil change with my dealer hear and would it be possible to get the lifetime oil change at your dealer ???

It would be dealer specific so if you move, no other dealer will honour that offer. Sorry to disappoint you.

Sorry for the slow response.. but they are right..

Never buy a lifetime oil change pkg, you can never be sure of where you might be yrs from now.

Went to get front shocks replaced done by MOT and was advised 10 percent off is ONLY on parts not labour. Lois confirmed it. I noticed the OP was last updated last year.

Talk to Jason. I recently got 20% off parts on more than one occasion.

No. Just tell the Parts person your handle on TM3 and you're good. Technically you should also get a licence plate cover or a TM3 sticker.

Went in for a servicing today as my mechanic is sick. Straight forward service, in and out in 30 minutes. The techs informed me the third brake light was out so I bought a bulb as it was convenient. Happy with the experience.

Thinking back: I'm really happy that there was no laundry list of things "wrong" with my car, like Scambro and Gyro have done for me in the past.

Was in the market to replace my brakes and rotors and called up the parts ldept and was told only 15% discount for TM3. Have had difficulties getting consistent club discounting here for a long time. In the end, 401 Dixie got my business with zero bickering and consistent 20% TM3 discount. Pricing before discount on the rotors was also significantly better at 401 Dixie.

It was Andy who answered the phone - I just checked my notes.

Should mention that 3 different people at 401 Dixie (Tony and 2 different parts advisors) all knew about the discount and the 20%. The figures quoted over the phone were exactly the same when I dropped in to purchase as well.

Your help is appreciated here by all, but having to constantly track people down to get proper discounting is tiresome. I can understand if it happens once, but this has occurred numerous times.

I don't think so as we don't normally stock tires they would almost always be an ordered item.

Did you check with Allen at Simply Tire?

I was originally going to check with Allen, but of course I left it to the last minute (service appointment on Friday @ MoT). Ordered from you guys out of convenience to avoid any extra trips

Is the TM3 discount exclusive to certain parts? I was going to get my rain guards a couple months ago from MoT but was told over the phone there'd be "no TM3 discount on accessories". Ended up getting them from 401 Dixie, they gave me 20% off.

There has been miscommunication with a few new people but it has been ironed out.

Been here since 8:30am for an oil change and brake flush... 3 hrs a reasonable time for this? Will not come here after a stat... not sure if its staffing or what

Does seem excessive. Staffing issue for sure, possibly a few people taking "sick" days.

Don't worry, mine was over 4 hours for oil and check for rattle in the rear end. Its just the new normal.

Not to defend anyone but, you do realize that your appointment is to see the service advisor right?
After that its all up to what's going on in the shop. Working at a dealer (non mazda) we go through this all the time. Big jobs take up a hoist and man power, people sick/vacation, on training. Advisors pushing their work orders over others. Lets not forget the add-ons. People are booked for an oil change and add a few extras, or up-sells. Or, people are booked as car staying and end up waiting. Lets not forget the walk-ins that back log. Shawn your car should not have been a waiter. A rattle could be super simple or super complex

I know. I think the surge from yesterday fried a couple breakers.

Yesterday everything on the north side of Steele’s from Yonge to Bathurst was out.
Meaning... no licensing.

Doesn't know if there is a discount on the item ? Or generally ? It is possible the floor liners do not qualify. Could always call another affiliate dealership and check.

Went to MoT and was able to get a discount. The guy I spoke with earlier just doesn’t know what he was doing.

If you are speaking with Peter..make sure you mention to him you ask for the TM3 discount first..otherwise if you don't and he inputs / prints the invoice he'll tell you its too late..

I spoke to Jeff on that and he explained once they printed the invoice it was hard to refund it internally...not a big loss as I asked for rear wiper refills for that order I placed before I went back for the oil filter...
