the mazda3 suspension, if u hit like a bump say like anyone know kenndy road in markham going south u hit a bump and u have a strut bar on your car and say upgraded sway bar's u hit the bump at a faster speed, would there be any shift in the control arms or like bending involved with alignment or also make more noises that u don't even hear when u get the car ??

^^ Dude that is a seriously long sentence! :chuckle
If I understand what you're asking, will your control arms flex laterally. Specifically, not up and down with shock travel, but front to back? I don't think an upgraded swaybar will cause this to occur. If you hit a big enough bump, or perhaps even a smaller on at the right angle or speed, you could throw out your alignment.
the alignment shount be a major problem, you may damadged the shock if you were driving at hi-speed (60km+). by the way, is it a loud bannnnnnnm?:chuckle

anyone who feels they hit a pot hole really hard, that you think it may caused damaged, should go and get allignment checked. To make sure that it doesnt eat your tires away..
