View Full Version : Guitar Hero World Tour Band Kit (Drums,Guitar etc.) for the Wii

Hi,

I am really interested in getting Guitar Hero World Tour Band Kit for the Wii. They are pretty much SOLD OUT everywhere. Does anyone have any connections with someome from EB games, Futureshop, Bestbuy or any other store that would carry it? Or does anyone have an extra one or something that they want to get rid of.

Any help would be awesome!

Good luck finding it. I got 2 wii kits (on for myself and one for a friend) on the day it came out and since then I have only seen a few 360 kits out there. I'm sure they will pop up but you'll have to be in the right place at the right time.

i am looking for the band kit too.. if i can't find it i think am gonna look into getting the xbox version with an xbox console, because i am fed up on waiting around for 2 months to get something for Wii because nintendo is so stupid and won't release more game(stores only get 5 at a time).

The Wii band Kit is the best seller of the 4 systems right now. It's going to be hard finding them, especially for the holiday season. Best of luck though, it's an awesome game! I'm 85% done, bought it on release day. I got the last of the Wii Band Kits at my local Toys'R'Us that day and that was 10mins after they opened, insane!

I have it pre-ordered with EB Games and they're waiting for shipments to come in to fill the pre orders... that's how popular it is

Wow seriously good luck with that. I know people that are still having a hard time finding Wii Fits and that came out like June? July?

Like someone said its all about being at the right place at the right time and just keep checking store stock

If anyone does manage to find a kit, make sure you give the drum kit a good workout. They had some issues with the sensitivity of the drum kit and now have a midi-usb cable kit and a software app that will allow you to tweak the drums.

Can you use the GHIII guitars with World Tour?
I already have two guitars for the wii, I don't have to buy a fourth if I want to play bass with the band kit do I??

Yep you can. You can also buy the drums separately if you want.

I think I saw drum kits at walmart. I can't remember if they were for the wii though They might have been just for Xbox. They were around $90.

i've seen alot of rockband2 drum kits, but not the GH3WT drum kits

For the drums and mic, you HAVE to get the super bundle at this point, they have released just drums or mics yet.
