I'm wondering if the high power underspray at the car wash may be pushing salt up and into places where salt may cause unseen rusting.
Would a less pressured underspray be better?
Can't to say about pressure.
I'd prefer less pressure and more water.
Here will be discussion and I'd like to wide question.
Maybe some knowing people can to answer.
As I suspect,in purposes of environment safety, many
car washes can to use "closed-loop water circulation".
If it's so, how "salt in water" problem is solved ?

You wouldn't have to worry if you got the car oil-sprayed....I'm assuming you haven't....If not, I see some sense in what your saying...it could be possible to have salt pushed into crannies and along with the moisture it could cause problems.
