This and that ferrari some Japanese fan made awhile back is pretty impressive. Better than 90% of the replicas that get posted on the net that I just want to ROFLMAO after looking at it.

Wow, really great job considering the cougar is very bubbly. The most obvious thing missing would have to be the wide stance of the R8.

nice work yes, but WHY? Im not knocking the guys work, he for sure has tallent. Reminds me of those people that bought kits for their Fiero back in the day. It is what it is...leave it. Id be embarrised to drive that and have someone in a real R8 pull up beside me. They would look over and go WTF look at that tool.

Great work, but as others have noted, "why?".
R8 is mid-engine AWD, the replica is FF.
With the NSX to F-40 (or was it F-50) replica, they are both MR, it's not as bad.

I am pretty sure he won't be embarrassed driving that. He did a damn good job. It's not a real R8 sure, but anyone can go buy a real R8 not everyone can say they did what he did.
