How long is shipping from thexenonstore?

Hey so i ordered 4 LED bulbs off thexenonstore (Devin) and i got a paypal email saying they'll be shipped from Brampton on December 3rd with a tracking number. Paypal said the package should arrive on the 5th......it's now the 9th but no package yet.

It says:

Product Type: Regular Parcels
Service Standard Delivery Date: 2008/12/05
An order has been electronically submitted.

I just wanted to know what the deal is, and how long should shipping usually take?

Most likely, your package hasn't actually shipped yet. "Electronically Submitted" means that you have been assigned a tracking number, but it may not have been picked up yet.
