I guess this is a question for the moderators, admin people for TM3.

I have an interest in inserting a ("forums")(like vbulletin) into a new website i want to create. I don't mind paying if i have to for a good one.

Coming from a person who does not know any programming languages of any kind, and not interested to learn any (I failed my only grade in high school, do not want to repeat the experience), but I am computer literate in many other areas.

The question is, Is vBulletin suitable for someone as myself? (a good setup wizard). Are there another programs that is pure GUI, where there is no programming language? . Do they exist?

Any advise would help greatly. I don't want to get in over my head.

Vbulletin install is not free, you must license yearly, or purchase a lifetimes license with only 1 year free upgrades. In terms of install, it is not a GUI, but if you read the manual and have patience, it's not that complex.
