What to do with Smirnoff Grand Cosmopolitan?

Ok guys and gals...I got this bottle of vodka with cranberry juice from my friend's party's Secret Santa and I'm wondering what are some good ideas to do with it? I was planning to drink it straight / with orange juice or use it another party and use it playing Jenga or something for shots. Any other ideas you guys can think of?
