Came across this deal for a CAI intake for the Mazda 3 for $105. The website says it will only fit on the 2.3L motor in the Mazda 3. Im not sure if they have a short ram one available. If they do, it would prolly be $55. Yes, it is a cheap brand, dunno if it is any good or not.

Thought I would post this for those on a tight budget, or those who want experiment with this intake and actually see how good it is, and of course, for those who just want that aggressive sound, and do not care about performance gains.

Their shop is located on Dufferin, and they have a flea market booth as well in Scarborough.

What do you guys think about it? I've seen cheap intakes in other cars, and have not heard any complaints about them. Would anyone actually buy this? Lets hear what everyone has to say about this :)

why bother?

An intake will do virtually nothing performance wise for your car.

That one likely has a shite filter that will allow more dirt into your motor.

If you insist on one, get one with a proper filter.

A good one can be had for slightly more, or look for a used one.

My $0.02

For US$109 (shipped to Canada), you can get a Simota CAI from West Imports

that electric supercharger probably does nothing as what title says, looks like a cold air intake with a propeller in it, might be a slightly better then cai, but nothing like turbos, so I say its a fail..

Type it in YouTube. Its so funny, its like a vaccum. It wouldn't last in our Canadian Winters. It would prolly catch fire too during the summers lolll.
