The cobb springs, they are meant for the speed3 but,will they fit the regular 3,if so will the drop be less than one 1", since is heavyer than the mz3? any insight on this topic?

I think they would/should/may fit, but the spring rates will be all out of whack. I ran OEM mazdaspeed springs on my 05 hatch. The car sat higher in the front than the rear. It broke loose on launches, but squatted really nice under braking and hard cornering. You might see a drop, but you might also see a slight raise in ride height.

OEM speed 3 springs fit, don't see any reason why COBB springs won't fit, but get something that is designed for our cars.
The mass of our cars is different and so is the weight distribution.

There are plenty of options for a regular 3 spring set. Just go that route.

looking for minimal drop about 1"

Racing Beat, I believe Tein H.tech and Road magnet springs have options that fit the Mazda3 just fine
