I was over at Westowne Mazda earlier this month for just the oil change.
I got there early because I expected traffic was lighter than expected. It was very quiet, and they apparently started work on my car earlier too, so I was in and out faster than expected.
No complaints here.
The only irregularity I noticed was that their report said my tires had 7/32 of an inch left of tread, but they were actually almost-new Gislaved Winter Tires from SimplyTire with less than 2000 km on them. Weird.

Bah, one of the worst dealerships (I live right next to them).
I went there cause my window was making a clicking noise, so I decided to take it to them since it should be covered under my warranty.
Yea, they said it's not covered under the warranty and that I owed them $99.00 to check it.
I laughed, took my keys and left, never went back.

Wow you and mazda3sporte have way to much issues with dealers...I have yet to see either one of uses to say something positive about one. Maybe its not the dealers but maybe its you too that are the problems??

Thats a "TSB", thats not a warranty issue. There is a difference. Mine does it too, and when i asked them about it, I was bluntly told "A TSB is NOT a warranty" Mind you, I don't use that dealership anymore either...lol
All you need to do is take your door panel off, and tighten the window boltd as specified in the TSB that can be found vis the TSB thread.
But I have to agree with aristeidis, you never have anything positive to say, not only about dealerships, but even about Mazdas. You should try looking at the glass as "Half Full" for a change.

Why don't you ask if the work is going to be covered by warranty BEFORE you decide to have the work done? If it isn't, at least you know how much it might cost you... If you think $99 is not worth the job then don't fix it. There is no free lunch.
You can always phone and ask them ahead of time if you want to save a trip.
I go to Westowne (mind you there are 2 dealerships in Mississauga closer to me) and never had an issue with them. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had things repaired under warranty by them as well.
