Horn isnt honking when i lock doors

So today after moving my car i locked doors as usual and go to push the lock key twice to honk the horn and its not doing it and the singles arent coming on.. The lights are coming on when i unlock the doors and the panic bottom works.. so why did the lock horn stop? any ideas? Also i am getting an alarm put on sat so i want to get it fixed before then so the dealership wont think the people that did alarm messed something up.

Are you sure that ALL doors are FULLY closed?

The horn will not sound if a door is still ajar (although the locking mechanism will still do its thing).

IIRC the parking lights will still flash so since you say yours do not then it might be something else.

I would still check all doors first though.

Well ill answer my own question here!! First im stupid!!! and not using the search fuction first on here... second after using the search i found that this sometimes happens when all doors or trunk is not closed!! so i go out and remember i didnt close trunk all the way after fiddling around with my sub box!! Thanks all who made that post before!
