yes we had decided not to, but things on the housing side of the equation changed a little which is why we went ahead with selling it.... oh well, first in line for that rumoured awd 2010 ms3 lol :chuckle

Selling my MS3 wouldn't be a problem if it meant I could buy a nicer place. I would go back to a 1998-00 Civic anyday. Goodluck with the house, and congrats on the sale.
