So Here is my issue. I have a 2005 mazda3 sport and I have An Ignited HID system. Currently, I must turn them on before I turn my car on fore if i don't the light flicker nonstop (this can burn out the module itself). So I was wondering if someone could tell me how to make my fog lights into the DRL's so I can turn my HID's on when i need them only.

if you aren't comfortable with it, contact McGuyver or one of our other electrical sponsors, and for a fee, they can set you up.
That's what I did..

Your HID's flicker b/c it seems that you hooked up the kit to your existing lighting harness. You should get a battery/relay harness that hooks up the kit straight to your battery.

I swapped the wiring of the lowbeam and fogs...

So now my lowbeams are controlled by my fog switch, and the fogs controlled by the lowbeam.

Since my fogs are not HIDs, they can brighten and dim as they please (ie. DRLs and Lowbeams) and the HIDs only fire up when i use my foglight switch.

I would jus disable DRL's if you can.

I have an 08.5 that came with HID headlights and I have changed them to 6000K bulbs.

I had an HID fog kit installed last month but they worked right since day one. Constantly flickering headlights and fogs is driving me crazy.

Any ideas?

I see some stuff below but not sure that pertains to my vehicle?

Any help would be appreciated.

I have had it in at the dealership at least times this month alone to try and figure out what is going on.

Thanks.

For these kind of things... posting up a wiring diagram showing how you connected them up would be really, really, REALLY helpful!

I didn't do the connection.

I had Oakville Mazda do them for me.

I am assuming the techs knew what they were doing.

I used the independent fog method shown here: http://www.mazda3forums.com/index.php?topic=88805.0
Works great, I can turn my fogs on whenever I want. I currently leave them on all the time as my drl's, and only use my HIDs at night.
