Does anyone other then me visit the casinos? and witch ones do you go to. I used to go to ganquway but stoped going their and now i go to Ajax downs. They are the ones who paid for my rims:chuckle

LOL...blue truck i bought brand new sold it 8 years later to buy a bigger truck then gas goes way to expesive and i live in the country so i traded it for mazda:)

Wherever they take me! I used to go to casino niagara (when there was only one casino there). I've been to Rama a couple of times too.

I used to go to Port Perry with one of my friends every so often, plus my grandmother lives right on the island there. I never really ever played anything, I always thought it was pointless to waste money like that.

I prefer MGM Grand, Venetian and Caesars at the *****cat Doll Lounge. But that is just me. Fallsview is "okay" but still doesnt compare to Vegas. I am a Vegas addict.

I used to live in Niagara and never got into the whole casino deal. With 2 of them there and the racetrack in Fort Erie I still never seemed to win any money lol. Seneca over in Niagara Falls, NY was ok too but only when the dollar was better. I don't plan on going for a while until the economy gets a little better.

It's not too bad, but easy to get stuck in the industry. I used to work at the Hilton across from the Fallsview Casino when I was younger. Great money but I'm glad I'm out of there. I'm back quite often visiting family.

I sometimes go to woodbine or, great blue heron near oshowa when I go fishing at lake Scugog, It's sucks bad when you catch no fish and loose money but thems the breaks. I'll sometimes play slots but I prefer blackjack. I won $8,000 Us when I was in California for my cousins wedding I only managed to bring $5,000 back with me (stupid non resident tax :flaming) got my cousin a nice wedding present used the rest to pay off student loans and credit card from the trip.

Used to go to the Casino Lac-Lemy about twice a month when I was 18, ended up $500 ahead and stopped. Started drinking my money, more fun than throwing it away.

+1. I've been 12 times and every time I put down $20, no more and always win $300 no more. Then I went to Vegas and lost 200 :(

Woodbine's so close so that's where I usually go. Sometimes I go to Fallsview, but not for awhile.

Sorry for the double post. I just got back from Vegas on Saturday, here's my advice: Join every players club.

You get either 5-10 bucks of free slot play, and a book of coupons for booze.

If you join the one at the Flamingo, they give you enough coupons to get you loaded for about $15. Hooters has some good coupons too. They give you a $100 in slot play, but you have to max bet on $5 machines. so it works out to less.

O'Shea's and Blondies have beer pong every day. If you get to blondies for happy hour it's $20 for all you can drink and all the waitresses are dressed up as cheerleaders :hawt. And if you walk off the strip to a Casino called Terrible's they have $5 blackjack that still pays 2 to 3 with no weird house rules and free booze.

And at Bill's gambling hall (Right next to the Flamingo) you can get tickets to half price shows and buffets. The International Flavours buffet is fantastic. Oh and X Burlesque is quite a good show.

I don't really play slots.....I just go to kill time or when I am spending time with friends...I always get the feeling I am just donating and don't expect much more than a good time. I never drop more than $50 which ain't bad for a night out for something different to do. (Been there 4-5 times)

Hate Rama and Hate Niagara.....I get a funny feeling there maybe it's the "Feng Sui" but I've never won a penny there and have always left with only the change in my pockets. (Been to each about 2-3 times)

Port Perry is one of my favs, My best was a 6-0 winning streak always leaving with at least $300 more than I came with. (Been there at least 20 times with a 70% win rate)

Lost $500 at the CNE casino this year.....then lost another $500 when I went with a few friends "One of which was a fellow TM3er to Rama."

Lost $600 at Port about 4 months ago.....haven't gone back to the casinos since.

Gambling is quite the poison......those who've never won big can walk away easy and would never think twice about dropping more than $100

But if you've hit it big early in your gambling experience....it's one of those things that kinda reels you in.....

I'll never bring any credit/bank cards and only go with what I know I can afford to lose.
