Problems with CP-e

I ordered a Front Plate Tow braket Feb 3rd. I have been emailing one lady there but Still havent gotten it and its still not shipped out. Just woundering if you guys have had any troubles.

i've had a few mechanical problems with cp-e before but they have done more than expected in fixing all of it but in terms of what you're talking about i havnt had any trouble... the guys that work there are really good guys and i find their customer service is pretty impressive eventhough how busy they are, i've visited them twice in the past year or so

i ordered it over a month ago and still not shipped or even billed to me. I have been emailing "Paula" but she isnt replying anymore. I dont know whats going on.

no she said it wont be billed to me till its shipped out

although ive never ordered from CP-e i have ordered from other companies what have delayed shipment but in the end i still got the product. maybe they were short staffed and cannot do any shipping at the moment

i say cancel the order and pm CTA Pat he can get Cp-e items and a lot of times he is cheaper then ordering directly from the supplier, excellent guy to deal with.

Got it worked out and got a deal so i am happy and its being shipped
