Hey guys, I just picked up my 09 mazda GS on Saturday. Was wondering if there are OEM aluminum pedal sets from Mazda that I could get which would include a dead pedal. thanks.

I think mazda speed makes a set, I know that some of the members here have pedals like that but offhand I couldn't tell you who

Use the search engine. Froggy is right, you will find some pics on the forum for these. I can't remember if they are actually mazda parts or parts with mazda stamped on them, but the look nice nonetheless.

you can get OEM pedal set....late last year there was a group buy conducted for these pedals which is over now. I would have given you the link for you to see the photos but seems like you dont have 50 posts yet for you to be able to visit the group buy section.

Not true. OEM pedals and dead pedal go for like $300+ from the dealer, or at least that's what it was a year ago or so.

The pedals that most people have got are around $70 and are great.

These are the pedals most people get.

The 50 post (and 2 week since join) requirement for that section of the board is only to create a new post. Posting after someone else has created the initial post (like a group buy, to buy something someone else is selling, etc) works.

I have a set of the kind CWP_Sedan listed. Great set though I got mine while they were a bit more rounded.

How are you going to install the dead pedal? This one also needs to be drilled with the carpet?

Shouldn't need to be drilled. It's nothing very solid. Should be able to just hand screw the dead pedal in.

I will not be doing another GB on these pedals.

If you are interested in purchasing these pedals, you can get them through XenonExpert.

Please note that I did not set up the GB through XenonExpert.

I bought them from XenonExpert, no regrets, have them on nearly a year and they still look great. Worth the money! Good company to deal with.

New member here. I actually do not have a Mazda 3 yet. Have an order in for a Sport GT in CWP, automatic. (Please don't flame me, but I have ordered the Dune Beige leather interior. Have had so many cars with black, graphite, dark silver exteriors and black interiors, that I am tired of them. Wife also said one car must be automatic, hence the auto).

Anyways, I emailed eBay seller "mazda_pro_shop" about the availability of pedal set for 2010 M3 Auto, and he emailed back that it would be available in July, and that M3 door sill Scuff plates would be available in August. I told him that some people might prefer pedal sets with no logos, but he replied back that this is not an option as they order 500 sets at a time. Says they sold out in three weeks. Claims I will be happy with quality.

Thought people might like to know. I will advise the forum if he advises me of availability, like he said he would.

PS - forgot to mention - pricing seems reasonable ($70ish) and includes free shipping from Hong Kong I think. I am not recommending this seller - just giving people a heads up on another option.

FYI:

I just received the following email back from the eBay seller

"When the pedals it's ready,we welcome bulk purchase of AT & MT..it depends on how many sets you ordered direct through us,if you trust us..we will give you a discounted price for those pedals.we're serious in our business in ebay as you can see the feedback we have & the feedback we left for others as some buyers refused to give feedbacks.

Will email you the pictures once the pedal is ready by end of the month!"
