IMO its not worth it.... twice as much as the normal one.

so lame, they essentially built the car to just do well on the ring for one lap... 80 second overboost to help it on the long straight, less practical now as a two seater and double the price? lame

The "ring" is fast becomming the gold standard to which everyone seems to judge the performance of a car now a days.

Building a car to solely complete the ring at a record pace seems pretty narrow minded to me. Bragging rights and nothing more.

I think I remember Prosche building "overboost" into one of thier 911's too for the same reason.

building in an overboost and deleting weight will probally help it get a good lap time at the ring where as much as i hate shifter paddles proves to be an advantage but i'd rather have a corvette zr1 which crushes the gtr on other tracks and races

I agree that these 'ring numbers are just bragging rights, but it's oh so entertaining...I'm sure some of you rather get home and watch your "stories", but this is the best kind of man-o-drama there is...

know that the new Focus RS will also come out with a 'ring monster to re-take the FWD 'ring time...they're going to offer track tires to customers as an option just so they can do so...stay tuned for the next episode...

yeah, and if u look at the old skylines they had those tail lights too and the cobalt wasn't introduced till much later... So nissan copied ferrari, chev copied nissan...

Ever since I saw Fast and the Furious's R34 I have always wanted one. It's just an all around nice facking car! lol
