this is a Bluetooth OBD2 transceiver w/ ELM327 protocol that I'm trying to get another logging program to support. If ecuEdit can support it, I think we will have an easier pathway to self-tuning:

I just looked at this. First time I saw something like it. Does it allow you to change any of the parameters such as throttle position or just view them through windows?
Pretty interesting.
Thanks Fobio. It’s very interesting and really a gigantic step in tuning for Mazda.
They say the EcuEdit is working only with OpenPort2.0.
The demo version I downloaded, even doesn’t try to open the com port.
The earlier demo version sends absolutely different from ELM request to connect.
More like this program isn’t working with ELM327.

yeah...and also flashing requires a different protocol than ELM327...I was a little to excited. Apparently, they will use a tactrix dongle similar to Cobb's, which can flash...about $150USD.
most of the discussion in the US is that this does what ATR does, but a little different. Consensus is that ATR is the better pkg, but I'd keep an eye out for developments on this. Options...
