Hey guys,

The clutch on ma car just doesnt feel the same as it used to, im not too sure if its slipping or what. But i sure as hell feel a tapping on the clutch pedal when i turn the wheel. So im deciding wether or not to buy a new clutch. I was looking at different clutches and people seemed to be happy with the exedy clutches. Now there is a stage one and there is a stage two, it seems the stage two will last me longer becuase i wont be turboing. I just dont want it to be a total problem to drive everyday. I was looking around on the mazda 3 forums and they have alittle bit of info but not totally wat i am looking for, any info would be appreciated!!

THanks

Easy way to tell if your clutch is slipping:

Doing about 30-40KPH drop the car into fifth, and put the gas all the way down. If the car moves slowly, and the revs climb fast, your clutch is slipping :)

I'll likely be going with Exedy stage 1 clutch and light weight fw later this year. The cost of hardware depends on where you get it from. Install I was quoted about $350.
