They look like the fake Teins. I would stay away from them. That price is way too low.

Seriously low. Ebay is hit and miss with things like this. Have a look at our Sponsors section and ask for some pricing.

Yeah man, steer clear of that stuff. Buy less expensive tires, replica body kits, cheap interior parts, and even cai piping. Do not cheap out on brakes and suspension components. Best thing is to save your cash.

I know everyone is installing mods at this time of year and that can egg you on, but I would say save some more and buy good quality springs. You will have higher resale value, likely better quality; and ultimately peace of mind.

Haha it's funny cause i was looking at those exact same springs...but then i came to my sences and decided not too buy those and just buy the eibach pro-kit next spring when my car get closer to not having any warranty.

Their are not the expnesive..i know one sponser on this site has them for $299..not sure if he still has them or not but they are not that expensive. If i were you i would look into getting those then buy those cheap ones on ebay..my $.02

lol i was just considering them since he has some good feedback with those springs ... alot of ppl have bought them ... but il check out sponsors .. i wanted to do a couple of things which would cost me $1000 by the end of this summer.. so i thought maybe il save a couple of bucks and get proper ones for next year ... but il keep an eye out for some good prices from our sponsors ... i dun mind spending 200$ on springs but 300$ is a little to much for me.. espcially since i have to spend another $100 for installation ...

any sponsors want to hook me up :blush

I'm a fan of prokits myself, but Rick has springs for $200 and under. Try giving him a shout.

No Brand, No Buy

insaini... yeah don't go with no names for parts like that. and since you said you'll be getting a better set anyway, why not just get the better set now, or wait and get the better set later. remember there's also installations costs (unless you're doing the install yourself), so you'll be paying for 2 installations. that amount of money you'll spend for install's already a decent price for used springs. and be safe :)

another question .... how hard is it to install spring myself?

Those springs are shit b/c they are FAKE. Not a real brand, and were prolly not tested properly like how Eibach, Tein, and Apex do. nuff said.

if you have the proper tools and know what to do, looks pretty easy (stressing on the "looks" easy part because I didn't do mine by myself)

+1. What if you drive around on that, and one day one of the spring

just snaps?

then you'll be the first one to have a spring sticking out of your fender :chuckle

then you have a broken spring... ive had springs break and somtimes you dont even notice until your checking out your suspension... its not like your going to fly off the road and your spring will shoot into the sky...

but i would still avoid ebay.. if it looks to good to be true... it is

What is your budget? Like I said Rick has springs for less than $200 (I believe he has Megan's for $180 and Apex for $200). Add installation ($100 from Jimbo) and your total, including install will be $280 - $300. That's dirt cheap for reliable springs and top notch work.

The bf and I did mine. You can rent spring compressor tool from Canadian Tire for free. Its been a while since the install but I remember there was a minor issue with the perch on the rears me thinks... or was it the front. I dont know I dont remember but there is tons of write ups. I think you can tackle it yourself

Rear is easy as hell. Fronts are harder, have to compress the springs and bang like hell to separate the spindle from the strut.
