tols me every time i talked to him now (i think 6 times now) that the parts were going to be at my house the next week.

i paid 200$ back in DECEMBER for the CF overlays for the door switch panels and the cruise control panels. its now April and still ****all.

im sick and tired of waiting and now im out 200$.

Do you have an email/other contact saying exactly what he was supposed to do and what he charged you? Did you ever get any tracking information back from him?

i have the paypal thing but ive put in a claim and then cancelled it cause after i put it in he called me and told me that i would get the stuff the next week and still nothing.

i also have all the PM's for "papertrail" since i never deleted them. and still have all the emails that he did reply too as well. only thing i cant prove is the 2 phone calls wich he basically told me id have them the week after.

dial *67 before the number you want and it will block the number on his display.

As well how did you pay. If you paid by credit card. Call the credit card company and as to do a "charge back" for services not rendered. this charge back is basically the credit card company taking the money out of this guys account and credit it back to you.

I once had a problem with a cell phone company where they expired my account and it was the customers service fault that my phone was not topped up and account expired I fought with them for 3 weeks.. emails phone calls etc.. Then I finally told them that I would call my credit card company and do a "charge back". I got my balance back the next day.

companys don't like "charge backs" because it puts a black mark on them with the banks.

lol BBB cant do shit. they can try to contact the guy and maybe resolve something but the guy doesn't need to do shit. Try getting a mod to speak with him. Not trying to defend him here but sometimes shit happens (business wise) and maybe he just needs to get back on his feet.
