First off, Oakville Mazda is my favorite dealership period. That being said, they do such a good job other people are in on that secret and it can at times be hard to get in during a scheduling pinch on my end so that being said I recently needed an oil change on very short notice on one of the busiest days (Friday before Easter weekend) since we decided to do a trip that weekend that wasn't planned and it had to get done. Oakville was booked Friday, Saturday. and the first part of Monday morning...

I then looked up the new dealer that opened in the same plazza as where Mississauga Mazda used to be and gave Direct Mazda a call. Being unknown they could get me in right away (3pm on Friday before Easter long weekend) and it was by far one of the quickest oil changes I've ever had.... perhaps i should be keeping this little gem to myself for next time i am in a pinch lol

The techs also noticed an oil leak on the mazda 5 and told me it would be a warrantable item and invited me to come back at my earliest possible convience so that it could be tended too. I seem to have a thing for last minute on Friday car service as i called yesterday at 1pm, they said bring it in anytime before 2pm and that'll be just fine. Dropped it off, got a shuttle ride home (with Mississauga mazdas old shuttle driver Joe) and got picked up an hour or two later with the car all fixed up and ready to go.

Oakville mazda is still my primarly dealership, their service, technicians and staff are by far worth the extra drive but let me just say i was impressed to find a good alternate dealership in Direct mazda that is very close to home, very fast since nobody knows about them yet lol and able to do a good job.

So there you have it, Direct Mazda is pretty good... check them out if you can't get into your primary some time. I'd definetly go again if i can't get in at oakville again, but at the same time that was more my fault for last minute planning

Good to know. However, don't forget if you hadn't gone to Direct Mazda, no one would really know. Some people wouldn't look at another dealer they've never heard or seen before to take their vehicle for service.
So good job man..

they seem to be trying hard to build their base and make friends so i doubt they would be pricks but you never know... only one way to find out and thats give them a try and see how it goes

Brought in my 2010 Mazda GT for some small fixes. Very nice people to deal with. Called them and they were busy, left numbers and they actually called back. Brought in my car and got fixed.

I have yet to do my first oil change, i am planning to do it there!

Just fixed my wife's car. Mechanical there, bodyshop Parkway Chrysler.

During the SIX week visit, brand new mats disappeared. Service manager says 'contact your insurance'! WTF!

Work: Impressed
Time: Unimpressed
