I read the directions on the ntx generation and it said not to get any of it on black plastic parts on the car. I was really careful not to do this but unfortunately I did get a little on the black plastic near the window. now it has a smeared look on this spot. how do I remove this smear. it almost looks a little bleached.

You should have bought Turtle Wax Ice instead of the NXT.With Ice you can even wax the black plastic parts of the car! ....But I thought I mentioned that several times!....That's one of the reasons I love the stuff, when you don't have to worry about getting it on anything, it makes the waxing that much quicker and it protects and shines as good if not better then NXT.
...this is not a commercial :chuckle

Next time you waxing your car you should mask off the black plasitic peices and all the moldings

no I did not read it.. It must be the oil... I bet peanut oil would work too. or any oil for that matter...

yes, but do you really want peanut oil all over your molding? everytime you get in your car you'll be hungry! :P
yeah I waxed my car yesterday with Meguiars Mirror Glaze Hi Tech Yellow Wax.. was a bit to lazy to tape off the trims and I got some on my plastic. i removed it today by just wiping it with some back to black i got for free :)
