ok now before i feel like a total idiot and read the same thing i see over an over on here - objectively speaking...
Why is it that this would not do as it says it does?
reading the feedback on ebay does raise an eyebrow - but im looking for someone who has purchased one of these in the past installed it - and really found no difference at all...
Can anyone help - I hear from all the VW crowd on getting "Chipped" etc why cant us M3 owners be able to properly do the same?

If they worked, don't you think instead of negative posts people would have said "Yeah go get it"? Truth is, it is one of the those ebay junk things like turbonators. All they do is:
1)Tricks your car into thinking its at full throttle, not literally, but more fuel is sent. If you had lots more air it might make a different, not.
2)Tricks your car into think the intake air temperature (IAT) is colder than what it really is. Cold air is denser, more bang for your buck, so more gas is sent. Oh wait, because it is tricking the car into thinking the air is more dense you won't get any extra power.
So in conclusion, if you want to invest 20$ to prove me wrong I encourage it.

Why waste your money, you are driving a 160 hp Mazda. It's not a race car!

Not to say anything bad about your car but I just think it's a waste of money to put those type of things on your car! This is a race car!

Any car thats raced is a race car. Just because it's not an F1 car doesn't mean it's pointless.

If that is what I think it is dont touch it.......its a resistor that tricks the car into thinking its always running cold so it will dump more fuel.

YA What he said - i don't care that our cars have 160hp its the pleasure of the MOD - and really when you love having fun with your ride - i know i just speak for myself - i really don't care the cost of putting something into it that no one else has...its just the cool factor..
man this is something i try to explain to my wife all the time with nooooo luck LOL
