All electric superchargers are a waste of money. The compressor (cough FAN) in this one is underpowered and in some cases provides less air then the car requires. I've read stories of choking out at idle. Bigger electric superchargers requires an alternator upgrade, are expensive, and weigh a crap load. They really are one of the most poorly designed mods out there.

e-RAM running at 57amps at close to 14v off of a car battery in free air (unloaded).
I wouldn't add that much extra load to the charging system.......:loco

at that high price tag for something that dont work at all....maybe a cool buzzy buzzy noise
rather just get a
generic short ram intake, replace generic air filter w/ a AEM Dryflow
Advance timing mod
1 step colder spark plugs
Evotion Condensor
easy simple mod (That wont hurt your wallet), that improves throttle response and a small but noticeable power gain
