he was there for a good 10-15 minutes, making sure we were up to no good, then i think he got bored - and left

Ditto for the rent-a-cops that kept swinging by in their rent-a-cop-cars later in the evening.

Nah, there's usually a cop in that part of the parking lot for at least a little bit of the night. we've never really had a problem.
