Ok, first off, I hope I'm putting this in the right section (I'm sure you'll let me know if it isn't). After my brain confusiion while posting in the last couple of days, you just never know!:loco
I'm sure everybody has heard of SEMA and the great show they have every year. Not only do they put on a great show, but they are committed to seeing our love of racing thrive even in this tough economy.
It's cool that they have decided to support racing in August with "Motorsports Awareness Month". The idea is to take a friend to a race.
So whether you like drags, road course, auto x, nascar, scca, whatever, get out there and take a friend.
Take them to a race or better yet a lapping day where they can "prove it" at the track!
