Speeding Ticket....

Zzz, I got speeding ticket today....Close by York U, On steeles... stupid 60 zone...

I was talking to GF and for like 2 seconds eyes off the speedometer and BAM....cop walks on the road.

So, I'm going to fight the ticket...going 80+ in a 60 - $115 and 3 points :(

1) The cop incorrectly spell my address wrong
2) my licence number....his 4 looks like 9's and his 9 looks like 4's (Probably not really crazy)

From what I can tell wrong information on the ticket does not auto dismal for the ticket.

But the cop even told me to go fight the ticket, he was like your a "gentleman" and I will help you out if you go fight it, since you were nice to me. I'll be nice to you.

So, I guess I'm going to fight the ticket :)

And before I left..some dude was going 95 in the 60 zone...Good luck to him..

I know its my dumb fault for speeding looking for advise not YOU DESERVE IT AND TAKE IT LIKE A MAN...

My first ticket for driving for 8 years :(

When a cop has to go to court for a minort speeding ticket he gets paid for going..not sure how much but i think it was like $200 for going

Unfortuantely this will not matter, I got caught doing 85 in a 50 zone.. 4 points + 265. i was like OH shit. So I took it to H.E.L.P and they did really nothing for me. I would never recommend them, they got my ticket to 3 points and 77$. I was pissed when they told me that. They said they got it reduced.. well hell i coulda done that. i wanted all the points off and i lose one. Anyway back to my post. Even when the 4's look like 9 and yada yada, it does not matter. I tried that because they had the paperwork and it said BCBD 950. I asked well because they screwed up on my plate would it matter so i could be like it wasnt my car. The people said no. So I got screwed and I was in goderich so i couldnt do anything about it. bah bastards/
