No. We only offer Tm3 plate covers with the clear shield. It is what most people prefer. As well, a smoked plate cover is illegal, and members have been ticketed for having them in the past.

well, our pl;ate covers have a black frame around the outside. It is only the main plate portion that is visible.

There's a clear plastic over the plate. It might fit underneath, and if not, all you need to do is get some slightly longer bolts.

Highly doubt it would fit underneath. You could follow FD22's idea, or lightly night shade to tint.
