I thought eggy was the cat going.. but it seems early for one of your cats to be bad.

it just means your car was sitting outside for a while and moistrure appeared inside your exhaust pipes

i think the trick is to stop having chilli for lunch. :)
(i kid, i kid.)
Do you switch between grades of gas often? That can also cause the smell...

Gas with a high concentration of sulphur will cause the 'rotten egg' smell from your exhaust. Petro Canada and Esso gas have the highest concentrations of sulphur of the big 4 gas companies around. Sunoco gas has the least sulphur in it and Shell is number 2.
All the Mazda's I've driven and the cats in the exhaust (not real cats :) ) seem particularly sensitive to gas with high sulphur concentrations. It is the main reason I switched to Sunoco gas many, many years ago. With Sunoco, I have never had the rotten egg smell.
Here is a TSB (dealer info bulletin) for you with more info.
