Should I use a the touch up pen? I know that lot of people dislike it but I don't know a do-it yourself alternative. Any suggestions?

looks like it needs a respray. you can use touch up but don't expect it to look good. you should be able to cover up the black plastic that is showing.

touch up pen will just leave another mark. is the black mark deeper then your OEM paint or is it on top? if its on top its probably left from the other car and maybe you paint is okay, (sorry pic is too small to tell)

if you are in the area can see if you will need a repaint or you can just buff it off

The black mark deeper then the OEM paint. It is not left by the other car. I applied the touch up pen. It is better than before but could be better. I live in Brampton and unfornunately, Markham is too far. Thanks for the offer.
