I am curious as to how to buy a CAI. I have read many posts of people using the PRM, Injen, and other brand intakes but what I would like to know is how you determine which to buy? What is the difference between brands?...Different engineering?...Different Quality?...etc. Also, where is a good place to buy a CAI? Is it easy to install yourself or should I be looking into a mechanic to install it aswell? Another question is, do they sell intakes as a kit for the 2010 Mazda 3 GS Sport or will I have to buy individual parts and route it myself?
Sorry for the noob questions but I am new to the car world and would like to make some simple changes to my ride. I am looking for a decent intake at a reasonable price. It is for my 2010 Mazda 3 GS Sport. If there is any way someone could post a list of possible brands to be looked into it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for all your help!

oh... and to answer your question of How to buy one...
you talk to someone who is selling, they offer you a price, (haggling optional), pay the seller on the agreed price, receive intake.

LOL why so serious ? ; )
Look at the brand names, price them out, pick the cheapest one or if money doesnt matter close your eyes and point to one. There all essentially the same and going to give you the same performance output with unnoticiable differences. Just make sure it intalled correctly!
