Very nice place! :) Looks almost identical to a buddy of mine's place only difference is it doesn't have the open concept kitchen (Did the previous owner open it up?), everything else looks identical.

Nice house, congrats, you need a kiddy pool in the back yard for the cherry on top! :)

What's that on your floor in the basement btw?

Dry core. They are like wood tiles that fit into each other and cut down on the moisture and creates a subfloor.

I knew those looked like particle board... we had moisture issues in our new house, but didn't know we could do that...

Antec P182, it's a great case. I also have an SX1240 full tower Antec, can't beat em.
And thanks everyone :) it's aweosme to have my own place...lots to do, but it'll be good to keep busy. The basement is a subfloor, it has a like rubbery/plastic backing that lets the floor breathe while keeping it warm on the feet. It's pretty nice they had already done it.
And yes there will be a house warming party, the kw members already know about it...it's invite only though.

Love the hardwood in the kitchen... always wanted that..
Also the deck is gorgeous.
Lastly, must be nice to have a garage that actually fits a car..
BTW... you are out of TP.
